It is beneficial both before and after events, or is a great choice whenever you need to loosen up and feel your best.

CBD is a great way to increase relaxation and pain relief during your massage. CBD has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain, which makes it great to use for injuries and chronic pain. While CBD is a cannabinoid, it doesn't have any of the psychoactive chemical THC and is considered safe for general use.

The class is appropriate for both newborns and older babies and can be taught to the entire family in the comfort of your own home. Even older siblings can learn these soothing techniques. This can be taken by a couple, a family, or even a mom's group! In just 90 minutes you will gain skills that will encourage sleeping, eating, and bonding.
